An Aware Connected World Thrives
Introduction
We at ACO believe that in order to truly thrive we must bring awareness and connection to every level of our existence, from the individual and every aspect of their life, to their household, their community, the whole society, and the planet. We believe that in order to create a more connected, thriving world, each person’s inner transformation and connection to their own life is equally as important as are structural changes in policy and vision on a national and global scale.

What does it mean to be connected to my life? Isn’t life just harder for some people and easier for others? We all have our struggles and successes. What more can we do? For starters, we can bring our attention to the parts of our life that are being ignored. The parts that we spend less time on, the parts that feel dysfunctional, the parts that feel unfulfilled, are the parts that need more attention at any given moment.

Using the life connect chart below, I can examine my relationships with myself as well as my relationships with others. I can test myself in each section to see how connected I am to that part of my life and access tools for creating change. Visit How Do I Make Change? to learn the keys for making and sustaining change.

Managing my time so that I get to pay attention to all the parts of my life can be challenging. See How Do I Make Time? for tools to create the time schedule to get the life I love.
